Anand College of Pharmacy celebrated Diwali Fest

Diwali fest was celebrated with great fervor at Anand College of Pharmacy, Agra, on 9th Nov 2023 where a multitude of cultural performances and activities brought students and faculty together in the spirit of unity and joy.

Prof. (Dr.) K. J. Gohil, the Dean of the college wished everyone a prosperous Diwali.

A series of dance performances that showcased the diverse talents of the students were witnessed. The celebrations continued with melodious singing renditions that captured the essence of Diwali. Laughter echoed through the campus as students took the stage for stand-up comedy acts. 

Faculty members participated in various games and activities such as tic-tac-toe, musical chairs and find your way, etc. The celebrations brought the Anand College of Pharmacy community together, fostering a sense of togetherness and unity.

In the solo dance Competition, Ms. Saloni Sharma (B. Pharm III Year) secured the first position, and Ms. Priya Gupta (B. Pharm I Year) secured the second position respectively.

In the group dance competition, Ms. Iteeca Singh, Ms. Ishika Yadav, and Ms. Khushi Tyagi (B. Pharm. I Year) secured the first position while Mr. Akash Sharma, Mr. Deepak Dixit, Mr. Ketan, Mr. Dhruv Sharma, Mr. Anurag Thakur, Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Boby Rajput (B. Pharm. I Year) secured the second position respectively.

In the singing competition, Mr. Divyanshu Rajoria (B. Pharm II Year) was the winner and in the stand-up comedy, Mr. Utkarsh Parashar (B. Pharm III Year) was the winner.

Ms. Mansi Saraswat, Mr. Gaurav Upadhyay, Ms. Mahak Mittal, Ms. Mahak Goyal, Mr. Harshit Agarwal, and Ms. Kajal Goyal (B.Pharm II Year) were the student coordinators of this event along with Dr. Vasundhara Saxena (Asso. Prof.) as the faculty coordinator.
