Students of Anand College of Pharmacy, SGI won Anand Cup Cricket Tournament

In Spardha sports club of Anand Engineering College Technical Campus, a cricket tournament consisting of a series of matches leading to a final match played on the 16th of December at Anand Stadium between Pharmacy Panthers of Anand College of Pharmacy won against Polychasers of Anand Polytechnic College. 

In this match of 10 overs, Pharmacy Panthers under the captaincy of Mr. Abhishek Sharma (B. Pharm. 4th Year) performed exceedingly well reaching the score of 121 runs and winning the match by 63 runs. The Man of the Match trophy was presented to Mr.  Atul Chaudhary (B. Pharm. 3rd Year) who hit 6 sixes in a row in the final match.

Prof. (Dr.) K. J. Gohil, Dean congratulated the winning team and all the students at the stadium and appreciated the spirit and sportsmanship to promote unity among the students with great enthusiasm. 

Mr. Saurabh Bhardwaj (Assistant Professor), Mr. Gaurav Singh Sikarwar (Assistant Professor), Ms. Gunjan Sharma (Assistant Professor), and Mr. Surendra Kumar Sharma (Lecturer) of the sports committee from Anand College of Pharmacy worked in collaboration with Dr. Girish Diwakar (HOD, Physical Education & Sports) to coordinate the matches.
