SDP organized by BBA department

BBA department organised one day Student Development Program in collaboration with ICFAI Business School (IBS) Gurgaon on "Interpersonal Excellence for Personal and Professional Success". The resource person was (Prof.) Dr. Vikram Sharma from IBS, Gurgaon who has conducted more than 100 such sessions across the country.

The program aimed at creating high-quality understanding of interpersonal excellence, to catalyse personal as well as professional skills. Dr Vikram stated that employees may feel low balled in profession, if they lack in such skills because strong interpersonal skills are a key indicator of triumph in a working environment, as benefits include, the ability to collaborate with teammates, so as to crack convoluted problems, as well as simply enhancing your esteem around the organization. The students of BBA, MBA & BCA actively participated in various management games related with team building, attentive listening, co-ordination and experienced the stipulation of interpersonal excellence.

We are highly thankful to our respected Director Sir, Dr. Shailendra Singh, for all his support and encouragement in making this event successful. The SDP was coordinated by Dr. Sonal Pundhir, Assistant Professor, under the of Mr. Sanjeev Singh Thakur, HoD, BBA Department.
